Responsibilities:


  • The focus will be on continuous development of Yield Management Tool to reflect on demand trend changes effectively to maximise revenue, furthermore to optimize systematic pricing processes via fare and load factor on each route and in doing so offer customers the “the right price at the right time”.
  • Particular emphasis will be placed on using innovative yield management techniques, and harnessing a wealth of data to drive the most optimal pricing strategy.
  • Regular and ad hoc analysis and presentation to the senior management will be requested to support decision making.
  • Frequent cooperation with the Trading teams necessary to customise system settings by markets according to demand/competitive context.
  • Working closely with Data Science team is key to develop PRM system with latest AI solutions.

 

 

 

Requirements:



  • Finalized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, sciences.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in pricing or strategy function, management consulting, alternatively in an analytically-driven role. Experience in travel, e-commerce, or online marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in working with and interpreting data and analytics.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Additional technical skills a plus: VBA, PowerBI, SQL.
  • Good understanding of core economic concepts and principles.
  • Team player, able to work in cross-functional projects efficiently.
  • Structured thinking, ability to break down complex problems and explain them clearly.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Desire to learn more about the low-cost airline and travel industry as well as to develop analytical and managerial skills.
  • Comfortable with uncertain and rapidly changing business environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive, willing to take initiative and shoulder responsibility.
  • Fluent English knowledge (both spoken and written).
  • Openness to live and work in Budapest, Hungary (relevant permit can be obtained for successful applicants).
  • Limited travel required (20% of working time).
